Order Cancellation and Changes
You can cancel or modify your order within the first 12 hours, and we will promptly issue a refund.

Personalized Products
We do not accept returns for personalized products, except in cases where the product has manufacturing defects. If you encounter such an issue, please email us at [email protected] with your personal details, order number, and a photograph of the defect. Our team will handle the replacement and dispatch promptly.

Non-Personalized Products
Non-personalized items can be returned within 14 days, with the return shipping costs borne by the customer.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, at [email protected]. We will address the issue expediently.

Processing Claims
We aim to resolve claims within a maximum of 30 days, although we typically manage to process them within 14 days.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and inform you whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
